How to Blog

General Stuff:

This is a place for you to have fun, use technology, learn, and connect with me and your classmates.  There are a few rules here, though.  Please read. 

1.  You are graded on your participation here. 
2.  You must always be appropriate.  No put downs.  Never post with haste... 
3.  Proofread before you post.  Your "I's" must be capitalized.  You must use end marks.  Your responses must be thoughtful and done to the best of your abiliy. 
4.  You may respond to my posts.  You may respond to others' comments. Anything posted must only respond to the content of the post or comment.  "Whazzz up?" is inappropriate.  Save that for Facebook or a text message.

To Post a Comment:

• Click on the blog post title.
• Below the post you may see others' comments.  If no one else has commented, you will see a comment box. 

• Type out your response carefully.  You may wish to type in Word first, then spell check, copy and paste, for longer responses. 
• BEFORE publishing, pull down the "Comment as:" box.

• Choose "Name/URL"
• Type in your first name and last initial.  Please capitalize the first letters of both. Choose "Continue."

• When you have re-read your response- just to make sure everything is correct- you may hit the "Publish" button.
• Your comment should then appear. 

To Reply to Someone Else's Comment:

• Hit the "Reply" button beneath the comment on which you'd like to respond.
• Type your response in the box below.
